Howdy!!!

Today, I want you to do one blog (at least) and add to our class padlet.  

1.) I am going to show you how to add to our class padlet.  So, as soon as you read this, look at the screen.

2.)  Your blog can be about anything you would like to share.  Your feelings about writing, books you are reading, or a slice of your life.

I am so super proud of all of you!  Thank you for your hard work and perseverance in becoming amazing writers!  You are awesome!

Assignment March 10, 2017

Good Morning,

 1.   What do you intend to do during Spring Break?   Make a list of all the adventures you’d like to have during the break. Are you going somewhere interesting? Will you be catching up with friends? Baking an epic cake? Painting a portrait of your whole family? Improving your swimming technique? Building a Minecraft mansion?

2.  Click on our school website and open four different classmates' blogs and comment on their post about their spring break plans.  Remember to be respectful with your words!

3. Visit this teacher's website.  It lists many different kind of poetry.  Pick one, and write an original poem in that style.  Then blog poem that you wrote.  The name of this post should be the kind of poem that you chose to write.

I am looking forward to reading what you wrote!!!

4. Work on your Geometry Star when you are finished with your blogs.  They are turning out AMAZING!  We will blog about them next week!

Good Morning, Bloggers!

I love reading your blogs!  Thank you for sharing your thoughts and ideas with all of us!!

Today, you have at least two blogs to complete.  

1.) The first blog is about a Slice of your Life.  Remember, this is when we take a really small moment and give every detail so the reader can completely understand what you were doing, thinking, and feeling.    See if you can add an AAAWWUBBIS sentence to your blog.  

Watch this video if you need to review how to write an AAAWWUBBIS sentence.

2.) Your second blog will be a free write.  You may write about your reading life or you may pick something completely different to share. 

After you have finished both blogs, you may go back to our class website and comment on at least 3 classmates' blogs.  Be sure to be helpful and respectful.
